The beds were comfortable and each large and spotless room had an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and a seating area. The vibe here was quiet.

The room was tasteful and absolutely fabulous with smoke detectors for safety measures. The location was unbeatable and excellant, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from St Martins.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the spacious and comfortable room, along with the lovely breakfast that gave us a great start to our day. Pam and Doug, the hosts, were fantastic and provided us with valuable tips on things to do in the area. the location was perfect, just a short bus ride from the city center and a quick walk to the beach.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this guest house in Edinburgh. the hosts, Doug and Pam, were exceptional and made sure my visit was enjoyable. the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the garden. the private bathroom was also a great feature. the continental breakfast provided was better than average, with fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, and even scrambled eggs upon request. the house itself was bright and well-maintained. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to various attractions. I would love to stay here again in the future. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops, and easily accessible by public transport. the hosts were very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. the decor was beautiful and the common areas were comfortable and relaxing, offering a nice break from the busy city life. the continental breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options.
The lack of a TV in the room was a bit of a downside, but not a big issue since there was a lounge area with a TV available. the bathroom could have been a bit bigger, but everything worked well and it was kept spotlessly clean.
